Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned, due to this, Sweet Peaz Bake-House does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for refund or store credit is the results of an error in our manufacturing or packaging. Please Note: We will not re-ship nor offer refunds in the event an incorrect mailing address in the shipping section was entered when placing your order and we receive the package back from our shipping carriers. If an incorrect shipping address was entered, please contact us at pcr@sweetpeazbakehouse.com as soon as possible, for us to update the shipping address in time. We do not offer refunds for any order marked delivered or an item that is in transit via USPS. If an order is marked delivered but you have not received your package, we kindly suggest contacting your local post office, as they can better assist in locating your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds nor re-send
boxes for those reasons.
